By enrolling in any course at Nobal Its Council Computer Institute, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Students must meet the eligibility criteria for their chosen course. Admission is subject to availability and completion of required documentation.
Course fees must be paid as per the schedule provided at the time of enrollment. Fees once paid are non-refundable except in cases where the institute cancels a course.
Students are required to maintain minimum attendance as specified by the course requirements. Regular attendance is essential for course completion and certification.
Students must maintain discipline and respect towards faculty, staff, and fellow students. Any misconduct may result in suspension or termination from the course.
Certificates will be issued upon successful completion of the course and meeting all requirements including attendance, assignments, and examinations.
All course materials, content, and resources provided by the institute are the intellectual property of Nobal Its Council and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
The institute is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings on the premises.
Nobal Its Council reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Students will be notified of any significant changes.
